I wouldn’t mind eating a cup of noodles for a day… But I may not have the will power to eat Hello Kitty…

Not only are there Hello Kitty… uhm… garnishes, but there are also Hello Kitty Waffles:

I’m not sure if I’m going to cry with joy because of the cute Hello Kitty food items, or cry with sadness because people want to eat Hello Kitty.

There seems to be a flood of Character Blogs these days. Seems like a good idea, too! You notice that Hello Kitty seems to be the only one who’s most recognizable among the Sanrio Characters when others have been around for quite a while now. These fan-made blogs give a bit of lime light properly deserving of their characters!
Remember our green little friend who use to be as famous as Hello Kitty? Yup! It’s that lovable green frog, Kerokerokeroppi!
He seems pretty upset that not a lot of people know him now-a-days, but he’s still a happy little frog! Visit his blog and get to know his daily adventures and have a glimpse at some really great cooking tips and recipes by his girlfriend, Keroleen!
And if there’s anyone who needs attention, it’s Mimmy! Hello Kitty’s twin sister seems to be very angry with her sister’s fame while she has to stay in the shadows and sulk. Poor thing! Who would have thought having to deal with your sister’s fame would be so hard?
If you’re Mimmy and even Hello Kitty’s fan, you definitely would want to check this blog out! You’ll get to see a totally different side of Mimmy!
Do you still remember this cute little pig? That’s Zashikibuta! His sweet demeanor rivals that of Hello Kitty! Maybe that’s the reason why some people thought he was a girl at first? Sad…
Ah, but he is not along in this blog! His friend Tabby also blogs once in a while, but has a hard time doing so, since the computer keys are too big for him! Get to know them by visiting Zashikibuta’s Blog!
And who could forget our lovable Badtz Maru! He’s up to his old mischief again, I’m afraid. Though this blog is still fairly new, he’s already starting fights with the other Sanrio Characters!
You begin to wonder whether or not Badtz Maru would like to have new friends at all. But then again, I didn’t know he has a girlfriend until quite recently! Check out his daily ramblings to get to know more about our favorite Black Penguin!
Last but not least, the “cutest character Sanrio has ever created” graces us with her angsty blog, Kuromi!
Often called the “evil My Melody”, Kuromi is taking center stage and writes why she is even cuter than Hello Kitty, and features her fans’ blogs in her posts! She rewards fans with blog banners of her too!
I hope you all have fun reading the fan-made character blogs! I know I’m amused, what about you guys? ^o^

You heard me right guys! Today’s questions deals with your inner animal side! So if you could be an animal, what would you be and why?
I’d want to be a snowy owl. Maybe this has some influence with Harry Potter, but that’s really what I’d like to be. Snowy owls are so white, the could camouflage themselves in fresh snow! Plus, wouldn’t it be nice to know how it’s like to fly? I certainly won’t mind trying it. ^_^
All right, that’s it for now! Remember to track back your answers to this post so that we can compare our answers with one another! ^_^

Rukia’s Question for this post is: What is the one food item you absolutely refuse to eat? And I don’t mean then kind that you’re still eat because you were forced to… ^^;;;
I’m not really picky about my food… I enjoy tasting authentic dishes..! I’ve even tasted frogs, crickets, and snakes before… They were really interesting, but like what most people say… They taste like chicken… Nothing out of the ordinary unless you knew it was so and so…
Anyway, the one food item I will never eat is what the Filipinos call balot. A balot is a duck’s eggs that has a premature chick in it. People actually eat that egg, with the chic, when it’s still not fully cooked! Dx Ew!!!
My dad eats it, and I gag at the sight of it. X_x;;;
If I remember correctly, it was one of the food items that was featured in Fear Factor. DDDx Aaargghh!!! Gross!
So there. o_o;;; What about you guys?
Remember to track back your answers to this post by hyper linking a word (or simply putting the link of this post) to your blog so people can see your answers too! ^_^

I forgot to mention, the main reason why I’m making these Q&A is for you guys who can’t think of stuff to put in their blog. It doesn’t matter whether you agree with my answer or not, just answer it in any way you like.
Can Someone’s Personality Change?
Actually, people have been asking this for a while now… When you have a certain trait in your personality that you don’t like, are you able to change it?
I think yes… But it will take more than wanting to change it, it also takes a lot of will. When you recognize what part of your personality you don’t like because you realize it’s wrong, you can change it. As long as you acknowledge that it’s wrong.
If you’re iffy about whether or not it’s wrong, then you can’t change it so easily.
Thoughts?

I’ve seen a lot of blogs that have interesting sets of questions and answers lately. Maybe we can start something of our own. ^_^
Here’s the idea… Post a question and invite people who read your blog to answer the same question. People who answer the question posted in your blog are encouraged to post a reply, link, or send a track back to where the question originated.
So here’s the Q&A:
How would you describe color to someone who is blind?
Rukia’s Answer: I would probably use their other senses to describe color. Something like… “Red is a hot color, the same as when you feel the sun on your face…” or “Blue is a cold color, the same as when you drink a glass of ice cold water.”
To be totally honest, I can’t imagine a life without sight… To be enveloped in total darkness is extremely scary for me.
I remember watching Oprah interview a soldier who lost his sight in battle. She asked him “can you still see when you sleep in your dreams?” There was total silence, and the teary-eyes soldier said, “yes…”
That really hit me hard… T_T
Alrighty guys, it’s your turn to answer this in your blogs! Let me know what you think! (~*3*)~ And if you have question you want me to answer, just email or leave a comment..! ^_^ Cheers~~

There are blogs that amuse me in Sanriotown… Especially those that talk about the administrators. =3
Ok, technically, Nanao is not talking about the administrators themselves, but she is talking about Kuchiki Rukia… Sometimes… 3 times when you count it all… XDDD

Nanao’s Research has a vast collection of cosplays around the world. If you don’t know what a cosplay is, Nanao explains it here:
The term “cosplay” is a merge of 2 words: costume and role-play. As the word suggests, people wear costumes of their anime character of choice then role-play the character, including his/her mannerisms and attitudes.
Excerpt from: Nanao’s Recearch - Air: Tono Miyagi
She posts the best cosplays I’ve ever seen, writes a bit about the character who’s being cosplayed, and gives credits to whom she got the pictures from..! And then you can find more cosplays..! =3 Hehehe~
Have a visit in Nanao’s Research… If you think cosplays are for nerds, geeks, and dorks, this might nake you change your mind… (~’.')~

Ever wonder what it would be like to levitate? I mean real levitation, not some magic trick.
Apparently, Scientists have found the secret of levitation. I read it up in Yahoo, and here’s what the article has to say… (I removed a few bits and pieces so that it won’t be so long to read.
LONDON (AFP) - Scientists have discovered a ground-breaking way of levitating ultra small objects, which may revolutionize the design of micro-machines, a new report says.
Physicists said they can create “incredible levitation effects” by manipulating so-called Casimir force, which normally causes objects to stick together by quantum force.
The phenomenon could be used to improve the performances of everyday devices ranging from car airbags to computer chips, say Professor Ulf Leonhardt and Dr Thomas Philbin from Saint Andrews University.
Casimir force — discovered in 1948 and first measured in 1997 — can be seen in a gecko’s ability to stick to a surface with just one toe.
Now the British scientists say they can reverse the Casimir force to cause an object to repel rather than attract another in a vacuum.
Leonhardt stressed that the practice is possible only for micro-objects.
But he underlined that, although in principle it may one day be possible to levitate humans, that day is a long way off.
“At the moment, in practice it is only going to be possible for micro-objects with the current technology, since this quantum force is small and acts only at short ranges,” he said.
Their research was to be published in the New Journal of Physics.
Wouldn’t it be great? One day, people will be able to levitate. Of course, the article says the technology is still a long way off, and it’s still only a “possibility”, but it’s still nice to dream that one day, you can “fly”.

Each one of us has a mom… She could be the person we run to when we’re hurt, she could be the best book in the whole world, she could be your best friend and confidant, she could be the strongest woman we know, she could be the most beautiful lady we’ve ever seen… Or more than likely… She’s all of the above.
Mommyness is a blog about motherhood. The author talks about raising her child, her worries and fears, and even shares some of the research she’s uncovered during her studies on how to become the best mom in the world.
All of our moms are the best moms in the world, but take some time to visit Mommyness’ Blog… It may help you understand a little better why your mom loves you so much…

There’s been a controversy going on for so long… A lot of people have been claiming that Hello Kitty was actually a rip off of the original character “Musti” by Ray Goossens.
But really, the issue regarding plagiarism and copyright infringement has been long discussed over and over again by, people I call “controversy lovers” all over the Internet. In my opinion, as an artist, there’s only so much you can do to make your work “original”.
I’m not saying people shouldn’t fight for their right with regards to design and art thievery… I’d much rather say that leave the original artists to fight their battles, and support their decision if they choose not to fight it.
Read more about the facts on Musti, Miffy, and Hello Kitty’s creation in Ying Dong’s blog. Her entry made me think about this rumor again, and I couldn’t believe it’s still a hot topic.
