I found out about this in Ripplecloud’s blog. A lot of the images were screenshots so I went ahead and picked out all the preview images which there was only 7 out of 33 images (O_O) So here we go…

This guy’s name is Zack Kim(apparently, you never know) and the technique he using in this video is called the Hammer-on and pull-off. For this technique you don’t need to pluck the strings, you just have to hit the string on the note hard. Usually you can’t hear it very well but you can hear it in this video due to loud amplification. In case you don’t know he’s playing the original tetris theme
